"Clamato Fish”
Ingredients:
2 Cups Clamato
6 Walleye Fillets (Sub bluegill, crappie, perch or any white flesh fish will work)
1 medium onion
Salt
Pepper
Old Bay seasoning
Directions:
Cut the onions in quarters and then cut them so that they are in bigger chunks. Once cut add them to the 2 cups of Clamato in a skillet. Let them cook for 10 minutes together so that the onions are getting all happy in the Clamato on medium heat. After the 10 minutes is up add the seasoned walleye (or other fish) into the pan and cook the fish flakes apart (about 10 min) while turning the fish at least once.

"Thanksgiving Pheasant"
Ingredients:
6 Breasts of pheasant (3 birds)
1 Box of Stovetop stuffing (chicken flavored)
2 Cans cream of mushroom soup
6 Slices of Swiss cheese
1 Clove of garlic crushed garlic
1 Tablespoon of butter
Directions:
Prepare the stovetop stuffing as the box describes. Once the stuffing is done, put stuffing in a 9” X 13” sprayed cake pan. Season the breasts with salt and pepper or how you would like to, place breasts on top of stuffing. Place the Swiss cheese on top of each breast. Melt the butter with the crushed garlic in the microwave. Once melted mix with the cream of mushroom soup, mix to combine then pour over the breasts and the stuffing. Bake at 350 for one hour covered in tinfoil.
